Using FitFlow
FitFlow generates fitness training plans and guides you through them. By using the app or the ChatGPT plugin you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
FitFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Plans are general fitness suggestions, not a prescription. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for you. Stop and seek professional advice if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use FitFlow.
AI-generated content
Training plans may be produced by an AI assistant. They can be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Review a plan before you follow it, and adjust or skip anything that does not fit.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranty. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and training data in the app under Me → Delete account and data.

本服务按现状提供，不作任何担保。功能可能调整或停止。我们可能更新本条款，重大变更会通过上方日期体现。
删除数据
你可以在 App 内「我的 → 删除账号与数据」删除账号与全部训练数据。
